From 1995 to 1998, he served as an investment professional in the turnaround private equity group of Heller Investments, Inc. From 1986 to 1995, he served in a variety of lending positions at Heller Financial, including real estate, asset-based lending and cash flow lending.
Mr. Leonard earned a B.A.
in Finance from the University of Iowa in 1986 and an M.B.A.
from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
