Ourania Aikaterinari is currently serving as the Deputy Chairman-Energy Committee at the Technical Chamber of Greece and as the Vice Chairman at Geotechnologiki Ate.
She is also an Independent Non-Executive Director at Motor Oil (Hellas) Corinth Refineries SA and ElvalHalcor Hellenic Copper & Aluminium Industry SA. Additionally, she holds the position of Non-Executive Director at Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator SA. Ms. Aikaterinari is a Member of The Women’s Forum For The Economy & Society, the Hellenic Corporate Governance Council, and the Council On Competitiveness of Greece.
Formerly, Ms. Aikaterinari served as the Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director at Hellenic Corp.

Ms. Aikaterinari completed her undergraduate studies at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds an MBA from Bayes Business School.
