Pei Peng

Pei Peng is a member of The State Bar of California and China Bar Association.
She is also an associate member of The Singapore Association of the Institute of Chartered Sec and Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators of China.
She previously worked as Joint Secretary & Legal Counsel at China Everbright Water Ltd.
She holds graduate degrees from National University of Singapore, New York University, Tianjin University, and Tsinghua University.
Currently, Ms. Peng is working in The State Bar of California, China Bar Association, The Singapore Association of the Institute of Chartered Sec, and Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators of China.
