Wing Ka Ng

Wing Ka Ng is currently the Vice Chairman of the Independent Police Complaints Council and the Chairman of the HKSAR Passports Appeal Board.
He is also an Independent Non-Executive Director at MTR Corp.
Ltd., Glorious Sun Enterprises Ltd., and Yanchang Petroleum International Ltd.
Additionally, he serves as a Non-Executive Director at The Hong Kong Mortgage Corp.
Ltd.
and the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority.
Mr. Ng is a Director at Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corp.
and a Member of the University of Hong Kong, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and the Legislative Council of Hong Kong.
He is also the Vice President of the Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong and a Member of The Hong Kong Chinese Importers' & Exporters' Association.
Previously, Mr. Ng worked as a Partner at Tung, Ng, Tse & Heung Solicitors.
He was also a Member of the Chinese Peoples Political Consultative Conference Chongqing and the Competition Commission (Hong Kong).
Mr. Ng's former positions include being an Independent Non-Executive Director at China Weaving Materials Holdings Ltd.
from 2011 to 2019 and an Independent Non-Executive Director at Catalo Natural Health Ltd.
Mr. Ng graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 1991.
