Anouska Naran

Anouska Naran joined Tishman Speyer in 2016 and oversees the Human Capital Management function across Europe.? In this role, she is responsible for recruiting, engaging, developing, and promoting talent, as well as reinforcing corporate culture and delivering several human capital initiatives across the region.? As part of her role, she has been instrumental in Tishman Speyer’s own workplace design.
Immediately prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Anouska was a director responsible for change delivery, People and Process Excellence at XL Catlin.? With over 20 years of consulting experience in Human Capital, change management, and organizational strategy and culture with PwC and IBM, she has worked with clients across sectors including Shell, BP, British Broadcasting Corporation, T-Mobile, and Zurich Financial Services.? Anouska holds a Diploma in Strategy and Innovation from Oxford University Saïd Business School and a BSc from the University of Exeter.
