and a Director at Bauhinia Foundation Research Centre Ltd.
Additionally, he serves as a Director & Council Member at Hong Kong St John Ambulance and an Independent Non-Executive Director at UMP Healthcare Holdings Ltd.
He is a Professor at The Jockey Club School of Public Health & Primary Care and the President of the World Organization of Family Doctors.
In his former positions, he was the Chairman-Governing Board of Hong Kong Jockey Club Disaster Preparedness & Response Institute and Vice Chairman of Cross Straits Medicine Exchange Association.
He also served as an Independent Non-Executive Director at C-MER Eye Care Holdings Ltd.
and was the President of Hong Kong Academy of Medicine.
He has also been a Council Member at Cornell University and a Member-Accreditation Panel Specialist at the National Health & Family Planning Commission.
Dr. Li completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Hong Kong and Cornell University.
